Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Nina Manova ("I", "me") collects through ninamanova.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. I am an independent Pilates instructor in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I collect only what I need to respond to you and to provide sessions, and I do not sell your information.
Information you give me
- Consultation form: first and last name, email, phone (optional), the session type and location you are interested in, how often you would like to train, whether you want to add Nourishment guidance, whether I may text you, and anything you write in the message field.
- Chat assistant: your zip code, preferred session format and location, whether you want Nourishment guidance, your name and contact details, and whether I may text you.
- Text message, phone or email: whatever you send me when you contact me directly.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. Anything you tell me about injuries or health is used only to plan safe sessions. I am not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice.
Information collected automatically
- Google Ads tag. The site uses a Google tag to measure whether my ads lead to consultation requests. It uses cookies and similar technologies and records information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and whether you sent a request. When you send a request, your email address and phone number are converted in your browser into a one-way code (hashed) before being sent to Google, so the request can be matched to an ad click. - Google Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, how people arrive (for example from a search or an ad), and which actions they take, such as opening the chat, tapping the phone number or sending a request. It uses cookies and similar technologies. It does not receive your name, email address or messages. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Hosting and fonts. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses Google Fonts. Like most web services, they may record technical information such as your IP address for security and operation.
How I use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and plan and provide sessions.
- To send you messages you asked for, including texts when you have agreed to them.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in inquiries, so I spend less on advertising that does not help.
- To keep the site working and secure.
The chat assistant
The chat on this site starts with a short automated, scripted set of questions so I can reply with the right information; a summary is sent to me by email. After that you can keep writing in the chat window and I reply personally. Chat messages are delivered to my phone through Telegram's messaging service, and the conversation is stored so it is still there if you come back to the page. The chat does not use AI and does not give medical, injury or nutrition advice.
Who I share information with
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with services that help me run the site and my practice, and only as needed:

Text messages
I will text or message you only if you have agreed to it, for example by checking the consent box in the form or chat, or by messaging me first. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text, and I will stop messaging you.
How long I keep information
I keep inquiries, chat summaries and chat conversations for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period required by law. I then delete them.
Your choices
- Access, correction, deletion: email me and I will provide, correct or delete your information, unless I am required to keep it.
- Cookies and ads: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
- Messages: you can opt out of texts at any time as described above.
Security
I use reputable services and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information. Sessions for minors are arranged with a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will update the effective date above.
