Former professional athlete. Lifelong teacher.
A third-generation classical Pilates teacher, in a direct line from Joseph Pilates.

Sport taught me to listen to the body
I grew up in Macedonia and played basketball professionally. Sport taught me discipline, resilience and an intimate awareness of what the body can do, and when it needs rest.
For more than fifteen years I have taught Pilates in living rooms, residential building gyms, corporate wellness programs, hospital employee health programs and dedicated studios. Each setting taught me something about what people actually need from a movement practice.
My approach is rooted in classical Pilates, but always adapted to the person in front of me. Most people don’t need more intensity. They need more attention, more precision, and an honest picture of where they are.
My work grew beyond movement into nutrition, recovery and the daily habits that shape long-term health. I am also a mother of two, which taught me to build a practice that bends with life rather than competing with it.
