How it works

Private sessions, at home

01

Free consultation

Twenty minutes on your goals, history and schedule, by phone or in person.

02

Nina comes to you

She brings a mat and small props: rings, balls, bands. All you need is a clear space about the size of a mat.

03

A program that progresses

Each session builds on the last, following the classical order and adapted to how your body responds.

Building gyms

In your building gym

Many condominiums along the Intracoastal and the beach have a fitness room. With your building's permission, sessions can take place there, and if the gym has a reformer, sessions can use it.

Semi-private sessions work well for couples, friends or neighbors in the same building: two people, each cued individually.

Why at home

Fewer obstacles, more consistency

  • No commute, parking or class schedule to work around
  • Complete privacy and one-to-one attention
  • Easier to keep two sessions a week, which is where results come from
  • Family members can join as semi-private or parent-and-child sessions

Questions

In-home Pilates FAQ

What equipment do I need at home?

None. Nina brings a mat and small props. A clear space about the size of a yoga mat plus an arm's length on each side is enough.

Can sessions take place in my building gym?

Yes, with your building's permission. If the gym has a reformer, sessions can use it.

Which areas do you cover?

Coral Ridge, The Landings, Bay Colony, Sea Ranch Lakes, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and nearby Fort Lauderdale, including zip codes 33301, 33304, 33305, 33306, 33308, 33316, 33062 and 33064. Outside these areas, ask: online sessions are always an option.

How long and how often are sessions?

Every session is 55 minutes. How often you train is agreed at the free consultation; two sessions a week is the usual starting point for steady progress.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours forfeit that session.
